This is the second time we ordered pizza for delivery.

This is the second time we ordered pizza for delivery. We asked for a 'large; light sauce; extra pepperoni (which costs more); extra cheese (which costs more)' ... What we got was a 'large; normal sauce; regular cheese; some meat (maybe hamburger?); onions; bell pepper; mushrooms and nobody bothered to fix it! So, we paid extra for a pizza with toppings we never order because we don’t like them. We blame not just Pizza Hut but also Door Dash. Too bad Gattis Pizza doesn’t deliver here!

Welp, this company seems pretty sketchy.

Welp, this company seems pretty sketchy. The restaurant told me the driver missed a bag of food, but my order still showed up as delivered. I told Doordash, but they said no without talking to me or the restaurant. I talked to customer service, Andrea Janella, and she said wait 12 hours for a review. When I asked about my food, she just ended the chat, saying "I've explained the process". Talk about arrogant.

The company isn't worth it

The company isn't worth it. They always mess up orders. If you have a problem with your delivery person or order, good luck getting help from customer service. Many delivery people don't speak English well, so asking for things like napkins can be a hassle. They either ignore you or say okay but still don't give you what you asked for. It's a total waste of money.

My order came fast

My order came fast and was yummy. But when I tried to add tip, it was already there. It's good that DoorDash puts tip, but we should pick amount. I talked to agent who said I could change it, but couldn't. It took 30 mins and $1 more to fix. DoorDash, it's too much work. Let us choose tip.
