Disappointingly, some of the mats I received were damaged, likely due to inadequate packaging. Despite reaching out to customer service about the issue, my attempts to communicate went unanswered. This lack of response further exacerbated my dissatisfaction with the purchase experience.

The mat I got doesn't match my existing

The mat I got doesn't match my existing ones even though they're from the same brand and supposedly the same color. My light gray mats are actually light gray, but this new "light gray" one is light purple. The return policy is bad, so I have to sell it on Facebook Marketplace.

Impressed with customer service! I was charged twice on my business credit card, not only did they catch it. But they called me the next morning to confirm the error. Took care of it without a hassle. Shipped my order correctly. Gonazlo was amazing!

I got the wrong color at first, but Nola in the warranty team quickly contacted me and arranged a free pickup for the wrong mats. The right order came a few days after. Good service! Good mats!
