I got a game from 'TheGoodKeyShop'. They sent me a SHARED Russain account instead. I can't even log in to play. Difmark replied after I did the 'claim' thing, which takes 3 days. It's been a month and I still don't have a refund. The seller won't cooperate. Difmark said to deal with him. Thanks Difmark.

Despite being assured that my refund was in progress more than 6 days ago, there has been no resolution. Two days ago, I received a generic response stating that they would contact me via email, but since then, there has been no further communication. It is incredibly frustrating that this company appears to be avoiding addressing the matter of my reimbursement altogether. Their lack of responsiveness and apparent refusal to fulfill their commitment is nothing short of theft. I find it astonishing that platforms like Trustpilot fail to identify and address such fraudulent practices. I am now compelled to report this company on the platform to ensure that others are made aware of their untrustworthy behavior. It is unacceptable that a company of this nature continues to operate freely, and I strongly urge anyone who shares a similar experience to report them as well. This company cannot be trusted, and it is crucial that potential customers are made aware of their questionable business practices.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this service. I spent four days attempting to obtain a refund after realizing my purchase was a mistake. I informed the seller about my desire for a refund long before receiving any response from them. Unfortunately, what I received was a shared account instead of the key I had wanted. As I awaited the resolution, it became clear that the platform favored the seller, even though the seller was unresponsive and appeared to be non-existent. It's possible that this is a common occurrence, with the platform seemingly favoring automated responses over genuine client concerns.
