It seems like many others had a bad experience with Customer Service. About 10 days ago, our unit broke down. We couldn't charge our vehicles at home. Despite multiple calls, Customer Service couldn't fix it. They said someone would contact us about replacing our unit, which was only six weeks old. We still haven't heard from the company, except for today when someone asked if they could help, but they haven't mentioned replacing our unit via email, text, or call. Even though this unit is highly rated, I'm worried about future issues. We still haven't heard from the company. I suggest you buy from a company with better Customer Service.

My chargin' experience has been good

My chargin' experience has been good, but I don't get why I gotta pay $10 all the time. They could just charge my card for what I use like others do. Their chargers mostly work, unlike IVY, but the app shows chargers everywhere, even in pricey garages or places that ain't real or are for employees only. I went to 5 stations in Vaughan with low charge, but none were usable, so I had to go back to an IVY station. They might not be reliable, but at least they're where they say.

We've had our two chargers in operation for a duration of three years, accompanied by a support contract renewal in October, incurring a cost of £1,620. Unfortunately, a perplexing incident occurred in December where one of our chargers inexplicably uninstalled itself, necessitating the intervention of an engineer to reinstall the system. Despite weekly follow-ups on my part, the promised support team contact remains elusive. Even urgent emails forwarded by their colleagues fail to elicit a response. Regrettably, direct communication with the service team proves unattainable, and there appears to be a notable lack of concern for customer service. As a result, we find ourselves pursuing a refund for the support contract and contemplating a shift to an alternative supplier for new chargers, in the hopes of encountering a more responsive and supportive service.

I experienced seven consecutive charges of $10 within an hour, surpassing any reasonable session amount. Despite attempts to reach customer support through phone, social media, and email, the issue remains unresolved. The lack of response suggests a blatant disregard for customers, raising alarms about potential unauthorized transactions. Caution is advised.

My experience with this company has been disappointing. I was compelled to open an account to use their EV chargers, which cost an additional £10, leaving my balance at just £13.29. However, closing the account and getting my balance back has been far from simple. After waiting for 30 days, I attempted to contact them via email, with no response, and the telephone only led to voicemail. It appears there's a policy in place to withhold customers' funds, which is deeply concerning and leaves me dissatisfied with their service
