Great product and even better support! As a specialist in brain activities, I find this tool perfect for my work. I reached out to Blazepod's online chat about cone issues. The adapters were insecure and fell off. Chat responded quickly, asked for a video, and gave me helpful advice to push the adapter down further. They sent a picture for clarity. I hesitated fearing the plastic might break, but it didn't. Prompt, friendly service left me supported. It's rare to get such care nowadays. Credit where it's due. Great advice, highly recommended.

The customer service was really good. They responded quickly! It was a unique experience for me. I didn’t give 5 stars because I had to try resetting the pod multiple times. After 3 tries with new instructions, I got a bit fustrated because I just wanted to finish this task. I’m a busy mom with 3 kids and needed to move on. But when I asked for a replacement pod, they quickly said yes! So that was good!

Ordering with them is easy, and their customer service is really good. We're a tax-exempt group, and when I asked for a refund on state taxes, BlazePod's customer service got back to me fast and gave us the refund. Best customer service ever!
