Okay, so the application process was okay. They asked me to resend docs via email, after I'd already uploaded them—no biggie. I get my visa, on time, as promised. Fast forward to the check-in counter, and they needed to validate my visa on the Government of Kyrgystan website. For this, I needed an OTP, after entering my visa number, which I never received. When I called Atlys emergency services, instead of being helpful, the person I spoke to told me to contact the embassy to verify my visa. Instead of proving practical advice or being helpful to try and obtain the OTP for me, he basically told me to sort it out myself. I expected better service when it was actually required to be honest. The call back tool about 25 mins, while I waited and pleaded with the staff to check me in. I spent Rs 33,000 for two visas for peace of mind, and it was definitely not delivered when it was required. Atlys needs to have better training for employees that are having an emergency situation at the airport and require immediate attention.

This company is a Scam. I can't believe they are allowed to operate by the relevant authorities. I lost a lot of money for my flight tickets and accommodation to Bali (Indonesia) because my Tourist visa that was supposed to be processed within 5 days, according to their website, is yet to be out after 3 weeks now. My friends have applied 1 week after me from the embassy website, and they received their visa within 3 days. That is so painful , and I am disgusted, regretful, in pain .My holidays are wasted. Please Folks, do not use their services, and I will appreciate it if there is a way to report them. They are definitively based in India. I am not even feeling safe since they have my personal details. I am really in pain because it has affected my colleagues too. I have applied 3 weeks before my trip Their support are useless and just send template of apologies. That's so painful ! Since I am not the only one reporting this bad experience, they need to cease their operation and be reported!

Their staff (Harsh, Shahin, Divakar, Rajit) were giving incorrect information at every turn and were not helpful at all. I hoped for a professional service, but what I got was carelessness and a total lack of responsibility. I would definitely recommend avoiding Atlys for your visa processing. Spare yourself the hassle and find another option!

My experience with Atlys was positive. I applied for a South Africa Tourist Visa and received my Visas within 15 calendar days in March 2024. Ms. Mayuri Chavan was helpful and quick to respond, guiding me through the required documents such as the invitation letter and leave letter. Her instructions were clear, and she displayed good customer service. Mr. Sagar Mundra was also patient and assisted with customer service. However, there is room for improvement in the quality of service provided by junior staff in the Call Centre, who initially seemed confused. I had to escalate the matter to Mayuri and Sagar for resolution. Additionally, the real-time updates on the app need improvement. Overall, it was a positive experience.

I submitted visa applications for myself and my mother on 6/01/2024, with an expected delivery date of 21/01/2024 according to the Atlys App. However, as of 23/01/2024, there's no update. The lack of real-time information is affecting my travel plans, and the uncertainty is frustrating. I applied well in advance, anticipating timely processing. Now, with my travel date approaching on 29/01/2024, the delay raises concerns about boarding the flight. They make false promises after taking your money and then string you along all the way to the point you need to leave and then FAIL to get the visa. When getting and Indonesian visa you shouldn’t pay more than A$55 this company charged me $107 for two visas then wouldn’t release them until I paid a further A$82 as a “fee” once questioned what the fee is for they say simple “admin” but don’t actually do anything……. Keep searching for a company that doesn’t charge you a fee as there is no “admin” involved 😡😡😡

I have varied experiences with Atlys. All the visas I applied for arrived on time. But this time, I had to pay Rs 1000 for downloading the visa under the pretense of urgent delivery, which I never asked for and came two days later. I also spent Rs 2244 on travel and related insurances, which they didn’t provide or refund, even after I asked them many times.

The company should improve its customer service and helpline, which didn’t answer my calls or get back to me, making it a stressful process despite receiving my visas after a minor delay. A special thanks to VFS Global’s support, who quickly sent me the e-visa copies when I couldn’t reach the Atlys team. I got the copies from Atlys soon after as well.

Not ok for Europe , uk , usa and other biometric based visa . They never check document uploaded , embassy data for processing time , if you are a frequent busy traveller don't go for they , they give misinformation a lot , you can even get visa after dep date .. total waste of money .
