I bought the tickets from January 16. 2023 , the flight March 19 Boston to Dominican Republic，( DL1973) unfortunately when we checked in at March 19, the ticket was been suspended, I was called the travel agent, but they can not help. Now today 2024 April, I still did not get my Refund , Altros Trave said ticket refund should be refund by Kenya company, they issued the ticket, The kenya said the trave agency have to request the refund, they both company Throw the ball......So here, i am still not get my Refund back. $ 960.50, Not Not Not, this is NOT FOR ANYONE!

SCAM. Altos Travel (aka FlightOm Travel and others) is a fake travel agency. We used them to book a flight for our minor child and after the trip was cancelled they are holding out and will not refund our payment to them. I have gotten nowhere with their CS and will be reporting them to the North Carolina and New Jersey DOJ. They seen to be an outfit based in India but use a number of US-based websites/addresses to fool in customers. Buyer beware!!

My experience with the company was disappointing as the quoted prices didn't align with the actual charges from the airline. Instead of reflecting the accurate fare, the numbers were inflated to maintain a higher delta fare rate, even when Southwest had a significantly lower price. The lack of transparency was evident, with Altostravel quoting $300 above what Southwest charged, leading to them pocketing the extra amount.

The company messed up our original flight, made us pay extra, and now we don't even have a non-stop flight. We were charged $122 more for this inconvenience. When we called to sort it out, they were unhelpful and blamed us for not canceling or reading the email. As new customers, we're really let down by this experience and feel like we've overpaid for a subpar service.

Shortly after booking my flight, Altos service informed me that Delta's discounted tickets were no longer available. They swiftly rebooked me on a more convenient Southwest flight, considering my preferences for departure and arrival times, and surprisingly, the new tickets were more affordable.

Scheduled direct flights and made the payment, only to receive a call later in the day, informing me that the initially booked flight was no longer an option. Ended up compromising for a somewhat similar flight, albeit not direct, and all this while still being charged the original price.
