ABITL Finishing provides commendable powder coating quality, yet their recent business practices have left me disheartened. Despite a seemingly solid relationship with Bullet Fence Systems, they quoted a staggering 100% price increase on small fence fittings over a year. While acknowledging a 15% raise for others, they insisted on the exorbitant hike, citing a reevaluation. The salesman's lack of upfront communication was evident, setting up Bullet Fence Systems for marketing and promotional challenges. This pricing discrepancy and communication gap have significantly impacted our business association. While their work quality is acknowledged, the disappointing handling of pricing and communication raises concerns about their reliability and transparency in business dealings.
