Couches are filled with feathers that excessively shed, couch loses shape and you're constantly getting poked by feathers. Unboxed and started using this couch less than a year ago - I think it may have been September 2023 we unboxed and started using and today the shape is very poor. I reached out to 25Home for even a partial refund (I'd NEVER take a replacement) and they offered me $100 for a couch cover LAUGHABLE! It's not the fabric I'm concerned about, it's the shape and comfort of the product since the stuffing is excessively coming out of it! INSANE. DO NOT BUY.

I regret not checking reviews before my husband placed an order. We're facing identical delivery issues. The order was made on 10/29, and despite receiving an email over a week ago stating that all pieces were in stock, as of Dec 1, nothing has shipped. We invested $6,000 in furniture, and now, considering the negative reviews, I'm apprehensive about whether we'll even like the products. Customer service has been unhelpful, and with holiday plans, there's growing concern that the delivery will coincide with our absence. It has turned into a nightmare.

I had some doubts about buying from this company initially because I wasn't sure of its authenticity. I'm glad to say that they are indeed genuine and I'm pleased with my buy! I purchased a couch and a chair. The color matched exactly and they are very cozy. There’s a minor issue where the cushions do get a bit wrinkled. Sunny from Customer Service was great and quick to assist! She addressed all my inquiries and arranged for the delivery of the chair and couch to my second floor apartment. I would suggest this company!

It did take a bit long, but they warned me before buying. Still, I recommend them.

The delivery service was also disorganized, attempting to deliver a shower door instead of my couch due to unclear labeling. Communication and delivery efficiency need improvement, making the overall experience less than satisfactory.

We spotted 25home on social media and got a sofa from them. We felt a bit anxious at times, but 25home is surely real, and we had a good experience overall. Sunny and Momolin were super helpful and responded fast. I had some payment problems, and they returned my money promptly, which is very uncommon and useful. Momolinn helped us arrange the delivery, and we've enjoyed our sofa ever since.

If you're checking reviews to find out if 25Home is real, I was once in the same spot. I decided to go for it and I'm glad I did. The couch matched the description and was just as nice as shown. If you need a couch fast, this might not be the best option, but trust me, it's worth the wait (6 weeks). Right now, I'm sitting on my couch and enjoying it while writing this review.

I wish it were a bit softer, the cushions are quite flat, and could use more stuffing. It's also pretty close to the floor. But it looks good and was well priced!

I ordered a brown chair that was supposed to have polyester inside, but now I see feathers. They said they would send covers for the sofa, but instead, they sent something else. Not easy to handle when you run into issues like this.
