I reached out to Tri Star for a transfer switch installation after seeing their great reviews online. They returned my call quickly and sent me a quote almost immediately. The price seemed reasonable, and I managed to schedule an installation appointment in less than two weeks. The technician who came was polite and helpful, and he did a solid job! He also made sure to explain everything he did and showed me how to operate it. I will surely be contacting Tri Star again when I need electrical services!!!

This company provided us with a quote for electrical work, but due to shipping delays, it took nearly a year to receive some parts. We contacted them to see if they would still complete the work, but they declined, stating they didn't want to be involved in the project. Very disappointing and unhelpful customer service. We also asked for a quote for a generator installation. We would not choose them again or suggest them to others.

I had TriStar Electrical come to my home today. They put in 8 new outdoor lights on my house and garage, plus a dining room light and a foyer fixture. They did a good job. Arrived on time, friendly, and worked well. The price was fair. I would recommend them and plan to hire them for future jobs.
