This company is a real piece of work. I placed an order, got the most basic shipping info, and thought, "Hey, let's ask customer service if this stuff's coming straight from China so I can plan for delivery." Their response? "We have warehouses all over the world." That's nice, but it didn't actually answer my question. So, I asked again, and what do I get? A link to some spot on their website saying most stuff is made in China. Okay, but that's still not an answer to my simple question. I ask once more, and they hit me with the "resend a prior response." Really? Is it that tough to say, "Yeah, this item's coming straight from China"?

biggest rip-off ever.

This is hands down the biggest rip-off ever. It took a whopping 11 days to get my stuff, and I only got the shipping info on the 12th day – talk about slow-mo! And to make matters worse, they sent me the wrong size, which doesn't fit at all. So, I'm thinking, okay, maybe I'll get a decent refund for this headache, right? Nope! They're offering just a lousy 40% credit for the right size, and it's "store credit only." And get this, "NO REFUNDS!" It's like they're peddling cheap Chinese-made junk.

Having talked with customer service about sizing problems with my order, they agreed to replace my harness despite that not being their policy. This is the type of customer service I value. They went out their way to assist me when the website's guidance led to confusion. I admit when I'm wrong and I admire a company that admits its mistakes. For their effort in resolving my issue, they deserve a good rating. If you encounter problems, reach out to their customer service.

I bought a dog harness on February 23rd, but it's March 14th now, and it still hasn't shown up. They said they sent another one, but the tracking hasn't updated. I asked for a refund twice, but they keep saying it'll come soon. I'm done waiting, DoggyKings. I don't want the harness anymore; I want my money back. Don't shop from them online.

I have three dogs and use Doggy Kingdom harnesses. One of my older dogs had a buckle break. I reached out to customer service and got a quick reply. After I sent photos of the damaged part, a new harness arrived within four days. I am very pleased with this company. Their product is great and their customer service is very good.

That's not the resolution I was hoping for because I shouldn't have had this issue in the first place. It feels like a waste of money.

I bought a harness based on the details provided on the website. It turned out to be much too big for my dog. They don't allow returns because they claim it's customized, but only the patch is customized - not the harness itself. I only wanted to exchange for a different size, but no luck. I won't be ordering from them again.

Didn’t know it was from China!!! Save your cash, the harness took forever to arrive and when it did, I'm not happy. It doesn’t help with pulling at all, the fit is bad. Also, after buying this, I had to get a new bank card because of two odd transactions that happened after using the card for the harness!!! Avoid!!
