One cool feature I like is the option to archive old wallets and exchanges. It’s simple but super handy for staying organized. I have 16 archived now and more on the way, lol. When I started with crypto, doing taxes was a real mess, especially with all my futures trading. It felt way too much. But after learning Koinly, everything became smooth and less stressful. The design is neat, the tools are strong, and the automation saves me loads of time. If you’re into crypto and want to keep your taxes easy without stress, Koinly is a smart choice. Very recomended!

I used Koinly to manage over 60,000 crypto trades across 8 exchanges and 4 wallets from 2017. I needed to simplify things for my accountant, who isn’t familiar with crypto trades. I got help from a Koinly Expert to tackle the complicated backtracking and missing tokens for the Tax Office. Anastasiia worked with me for a few weeks to make sure everything was sorted and missing crypto was found. Now, my tax reports for three years are ready for my traditional accountant without causing him too much stress! I recommend Koinly for anyone feeling overwhelmed by crypto taxes, and I definitely suggest paying a bit more for an Expert to get a solid start!

Met sommige kleine beurzen kan ik gemakkelijk handmatig transacties invoeren, omdat Koinly een "dubbele" transactieoptie heeft, waar ik kan aanpassen wat er anders is aan de nieuwe transactie. Bij belastingtijd informeert Koinly mij over eventuele problemen die het ziet met mijn gegevens, zodat ik correcties kan aanbrengen. Daarna zal het mijn belastingdocumenten afdrukken en ben ik klaar voor weer een jaar!

It was the only app I found that could correctly and simply work with (I believe) BNB defi tokens, defi mining and staking. It managed to build the needed transaction pairs just right. nowadays, I don’t deal with BNB defi, but Koinly still is my main tool before handling my german taxes, and every year it becomes more easy and less painfull by adding one click sync options.

I had a problem with some USDC showing $0 cost basis. I spent hours trying to find and fix it but couldn’t get it right. I reached out to support and within 24 hrs their AI discovered the issue and fixed it. Some of it had to do with time stamps. The AI also saw a try from me to change a transaction, which I did wrong, so it fixed that too. Really amazing.

Impressive service! Handling my crypto accounts was quite complex this year, and syncing multiple wallets with Koinly was a challenge. The support from Koinly was truly outstanding. Jack, in particular, was great and very patient as I worked to get my accounts just right. He answered all my questions quickly and effectively. Highly recommended!

Koinly's AI and live chat support are helping me address problems that date back to 2020 from my previous tracker. Koinly has eased my stress as I still need to complete my 2023 taxs.

The clean and easy-to-use design with lots of filters and tags helps a lot when managing many transactions. Being able to view the tax report results without any limits before signing up really convinced me to go with this service. The one downside is that customer support takes some time to reply.

Really simple to start using, only takes a few clicks. The big thing for me was the help from their support team. Very clear, quick and strightforward, wich you don’t see much these days. They handled my ticket in just a few hours (huge help when it's about taxes). Would definetly suggest!

After dealing with crypto spreadsheets since 2017, Koinly helped me get things together. Some manual effort importing old exchanges, but most just linked and worked. Lots of crypto swaps in 2027/2108, but now it's sorted. I can recommend it.

Koinly is great crypto tax software. In 2 years in crypto I haven't found anything better. It's a bit annoying that you have to pay per transaction but I managed to plug a few holes in terms of transactions.

Simple to use and set up. Helpful answers when problems come up. There are also guides and videos to assist you in connecting various accounts, which is very useful. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because a couple of mistakes appeared from auto imports that needed manual corrections to fix the transactions. A feature that would improve the user experience would be to have a record of previous import settings (especially timezone) when importing manually to prevent mistakes.

It was a bit annoying switching back and forth between Koinly chat and Kraken to get the discount I should have had (Kraken users, remember you get 25% off reports), but in the end, it got fixed. The platform works well for tracking your portfolio and most wallets connect easily. The reports are also quite easy to understand.
